Clearly we don’t employ them all. We employ a core team of professionals whose job it is to plan and manage your project to ensure quality and delivery to time. The most experienced professional translators are all self-employed: they like the flexibility of choosing their work mix, their hours and volumes and types of assignment. In-house linguists are usually generalists who maintain our memory databases and carry out text manipulation and format conversions.
