Business sector: translation for information technology and the internet

The client requirement of a US-based software developer and vendor was for the translation of their European and Middle East consumer-user surveys. The translations were from US English into a range of languages, such that the language translations of the questionnaires. The translations needed to be localised so that the project would determine customer satisfaction levels with the technical content supporting the product. Then the translations would convey the “messages” in the answers back to the company, from the users. They were replying in their respective languages and their replies were translated back into US English.

The client benefited from our quality language translation service: the results were an improved level of user feedback communication and medium term cost savings as the products’ support material was enhanced.
