The client requirement was for the translation of its human resource (HR) employee-performance related policy co-ordination strategy into all of the other languages used throughout the group. The client decided to undertake a comprehensive evaluation of its UK-based management teams. To this end, they commissioned an externally sourced SWOT review of the key team members. In respect of each person being assessed, those with management links to that person wrote reports and completed questionnaires. These results were evaluated and summarised off-site by an independent mediator who summarised the findings as the basis for a one-to-one evaluation and report back to the person assessed.

Our client benefited from our quality translation service: the questionnaires were translated into a number of languages and localised: the feed back answers and reports were likewise translated and localised such that they could be readily summarised into the one integrated document for the feedback process.
